Eight months from the XI edition of the course, led by the artist Alfredo Jaar (artist, architect and film-maker born in Santiago, Chile, in 1956, and who has lived in New York since 1982),  Tracce di un seminario wants to verify the process of artistic development of each student, coming from each part of Italy and of the World.

At Assab One, during the MiArt week (international fair of modern and contemporary art of Milan) there is the reconstruction of the experiences and of the creativity that were experienced during the course, and single profiles emerge from each participant. A common thread between the works is the elaboration of the theme that Jaar proposed for the course, named Aesthetics of Resistance: the analysis of the methods with which the artistic practice can research and approach contemporary reality in new and creative ways, even with unconventional presentation and representation strategies, particularly in public spaces.
