The building that houses Assab One, thanks to its total area of 2500 square meters spread across two floors of various sized environments, its large covered courtyard and its particular configuration as former-industrial space, makes it ideal for parties and private events, corporate events, temporary show-rooms, photographic and video shoots.

The premises are located just a short walk from the underground station and can also be reached by surface transport; it is situated near the main ring road of Milan, the Central and Lambrate railway stations and Linate airport, meaning it is easily accessible both from the city centre and from outside the city.

This floor has the most characteristics of its industrial past and a strong personality

Ground Floor - Studio Space 3

The most recently renovated exhibition space, illuminated by beautiful natural light on two sides.

First Floor

Features large windows and exceptional light. An excellent space for daytime activities that require natural lighting.

Second Floor

The second-floor room is large and suggestive. It has particular lighting thanks to the large glass block wall.

The courtyard

The covered courtyard with direct access to the street simplifies all setup operations and makes this space ideal for video shoots and events with a large number of attendees. The new bar area is a collaboration between DFC Studio and Formafantasma, with project partners Mutina and Very Simple Kitchen
